Rosa Cafe is still a baby—crawling, learning, and growing. We opened in early January 2026 in a space that was previously home to another business. Instead of waiting until everything felt perfect, we opened our doors, welcomed our neighbors, listened closely, and have continued making thoughtful improvements every step of the way.
One lesson I've learned over the past two decades is that customer experience is everything. That's why we approach Rosa Cafe like a startup: we listen, we learn, we iterate, and we keep improving. Every suggestion, compliment, and piece of feedback helps shape who we become. Thank you for being part of our journey.
From the beginning, our vision has been to create a welcoming, community-centered space where people from all walks of life can gather, connect, and simply be themselves. I was born in Vietnam and have lived across three continents, and those experiences taught me to appreciate different cultures and to look for the common threads that bring people together.
Rosa Cafe is for everyone—whether you're a remote worker, student, artist, entrepreneur, parent, retiree, wellness enthusiast, book lover, member of the LGBTQ+ community, part of a faith community, involved in a support group, or simply someone looking for connection, a great cup of coffee, and a place to pause. The dark and the pale, the purple and the blue humans, and everyone in between—no matter your background, identity, beliefs, or story, you're welcome here.
Our hope is that Rosa Cafe becomes more than just a coffee shop. We want it to be a place where friendships begin, ideas are shared, cultures are celebrated, and everyone feels like they belong.
